TOUR REQUESTS · OCTOBER 12, 2026
Your details.
Handled with care.
This notice explains the tour-request form on this redesigned website. It does not describe the separate ABC Fitness enrollment service or other third-party sites.
What the form collects
The form collects your name and email address, plus any optional phone number, contact preference, preferred visit window you choose. It records your agreement to a response, the request time, a request reference, and one of a small set of campaign labels if present in the page link. Please do not send health records, medical information, or payment details.
How your request is used
The club uses these details to respond to your inquiry and arrange a possible visit. Submitting a request does not book an appointment, enroll you as a member, or subscribe you to marketing.
Where it goes
Your request is stored in a private database provided for this website. An operational alert containing your contact details and visit preference is sent to the website’s project owner through Manus. This form does not automatically email your request to info@obsidiankc.com, and it does not send you an automatic confirmation email. If alert delivery cannot be confirmed, the page asks you to contact the club by email as well.
Access and retention
There is no public page or API for viewing submitted requests. Requests remain in the website database until the club removes them; no automatic deletion period has been configured. Contact the club to ask about access, corrections, or deletion. Request details are not stored in your browser’s local storage.
Other website services
This page does not add advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Fonts on the tour page are loaded from Google Fonts, and hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses. Links to Maps, membership enrollment, and other external services are governed by those services’ own policies.
